Respiratory disorders covered under this listing include: Chronic pulmonary insufficiency, asthma, cystic fibrosis, pneumoconiosis, bronchiectasis, mycobacterial, mycotic, and other chronic persistent infections of the lung, corpulmonale secondary to chronic pulmonary vascular hypertension, sleep-related breathing disorders and lung transplants.
